Some of the outputs from having a boss that displays unfavourable traits is that the team is rampant with confusion and when clarity is needed, these bosses don’t have time for their staff. They normally are micromanagers because the larger picture is hard for them to see.

They tend to put themselves first and live in the moment.  Wanting things right now which tends to make them inconsistent.  They prefer to use email and texting, instead of face to face and hold ineffective meetings, without clear goals or strategies.  They rarely show appreciation and will manage their staff with review performances, focusing on their weaknesses instead of what they could be doing better as a boss.
